Commisioned by Palm Springs Pty Ltd in 2001 to design & build a large water bottle washng & filling line.
A clean sheet design it was fully automated to self fill tanks and clean at end of day. The first machine was a 1200 bottle per hr unit & used a seperate filler capper compartment. After 9,000,000 bottles the machine was still going strong when it was sold with palm Springs to Coca Cola Amatil
A second machine of 3 lanes wide was built in 2003 for a Sydney company . That machine is also still in use & bottles 600 bottles per hr.
