Over the last thirty five years I have started & run 4 companies manufacturing products that I have designed.
Products ranging from fail safe devices to protect domestic gas water heaters from flame rollout through to CNC production machinery & completely automated factories. Over this journey I have amassed over 25 years of experience in 3D CAD design (Solidworks & AutoCAD, electronic PCB design & assembly.
Control Board design & wiring, PLC progamming (Panasonic, OMRON, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley & Seimens), SCADA development, embedded controller development & programming , switchmode power supply design, stainless steel fabrication & TIG purge welding, pipework & tube fabrication, lathe work & milling machine use, design & commision hydraulic assmblies & complete pneumatic systems. Have also designed & built custom flow meters, PH controllers' Dosing equiment, Concrete pumps & many other devices & equipment.
Have designed three municipal waste water treatment plant control systems for Gympie Regional Council in Queensland, Numerous Beverages factories from design through to building turnkey plants including wiring & programming as well as electrical & mechanical installation, In 2005 I designed & built an Observatory for Yonsei University located at Siding Springs. Also built telescope equipment for the University of New South Wales such as controlled shutters for the Automated patrol Telescope.
Current projects are the design & construct of two aquaponic systems & design of a multi chemmical analyser for waste water & aquaponics.
