The above picture is he last project in 2019. A bottled water plant in Melbourne designed & built by myself to be operated by one person. All machinery was sourced from China then rewired to local standards & rewired & reprogrammed to communicate with other machine elements in the plant. Everything was integrated from the water treatment section designed & built by myself to the low & high pressure air system. Different manufacturers control PLC's were integrated via MODBUS RTU & MODBUS TCP. The water Treatment controller. A Panasonic FP7 PLC became the master & was interfaced with a Redlion G07 touchscreen to act as the local webserver. All other mchines were reprogrammed & connected va their Proface touchscreens to the master controller via modbus TCP.
